The CBO-750 Hybrid Countertop Commercial Outdoor Pizza Oven includes a two-burner gas system: an infrared burner under the hearth and an ambient burner at the back of the hearth. You also have the option to burn wood at the back or side of the oven to bring Chicago Brick Oven’s wood-fired flavor into every meal you make.

This oven is certified to UL and NSF4 Standards and gives you everything you need to experience the high heat of our signature FlameRoll™.

What besides pizza can you cook in a wood-fired and gas hybrid brick oven? There is no limit to what you can cook in your Chicago Brick Oven. Anything you can cook in your home oven, you can cook in a Chicago Brick Oven—whole turkeys, bread, chicken, steaks, chops, vegetables, desserts and more.
